Up to 50 participants
The register caps how many people may join one billable session. Our cap of 50 is the highest of any certified provider in Germany — enough for group therapy, case conferences and training.
Billing that closes the loop
For one customer, statutory billing with Techniker Krankenkasse runs through our EDIFACT interface: a completed consultation becomes a settled claim without re-keying.

What practices ask us
The questions that come up before a network, an MVZ or a practice switches its video consultation.
No. For statutory video consultations the patient receives an invitation from the practice by email or a TAN — no registration, no app, no download. An account is only needed for additional functions such as self-pay services or webinars.
Up to 50 participants per session — the highest group limit currently certified in Germany. That covers case conferences and group settings, not just the one-to-one consultation.
Three proofs. An information security certificate from a body accredited under ISO/IEC 17065 for the technical procedures under § 365 (1) SGB V, established in agreement with the BSI. A data protection certificate under Art. 42 GDPR. And a self-declaration under Annex 2 on the content requirements of § 5 (1) — waiting room, identification, documentation.

The participant’s name and email address, the internal database ID and the billing metadata — date, time and duration of the call. Stored for three months, then automatically anonymised.
