Since 2016, we have been developing digital solutions that make advice, knowledge and care more accessible. We operate our own platforms and build solutions under our customers’ brands. More than 1.5 million video consultations have already taken place through them.
Our technology is shaped around the needs of the people who use it. These include patients, midwives, doctors and consultants, not only IT specialists. A video consultation must therefore work reliably on an older smartphone and without technical instructions.
Data protection and reliability are built in from the beginning. Our servers are located in German data centres, and personal data remains within the EU. The video module is certified under Annex 31b BMV-Ä for the German statutory healthcare system.
Our solutions grow with your requirements. You can start with a single booking widget on your existing website and later expand it into a complete platform under your own brand. There is no need to rebuild the existing solution.
Some customers began with a video module and now conduct research studies using the same technical foundation.

You will support the further development of our digital video consultation services. This includes analysing how people use our platforms, identifying relevant insights and helping us communicate them clearly. We welcome applications from working students throughout the year.
Founder and CTO. Jürgen is responsible for technology, IT strategy and the secure operation of our platforms. Since 2016, he has played a central role in developing every generation of our technology. He makes the technical decisions that support its security and certifiability.
Before founding Tyme, he managed major IT projects for IBM Global Services and Telefónica O2 Germany. He qualified as a Certified ScrumMaster in 2008 and founded wiwicon GmbH, which develops custom apps and enterprise solutions.

Founder and CEO. Matthias is responsible for strategy, innovation and business development. He is your contact for new platforms, partnerships and commercial matters. He supports your project from the initial conversation through to a concrete proposal.
A physicist by training, he worked in corporate development and innovation management at The Boston Consulting Group. He later moved into industry, working for ZEISS and Allianz.

Tyme Group is backed by entrepreneurs and senior executives from publishing, healthcare, finance and consulting. The company has 23 shareholders, and no single shareholder holds a majority interest.
The advisory board consists of Bernhard Schwarz, Michael Lott and Michael Amtmann, together with Managing Directors Dr Matthias Kuss and Jürgen Wier.
