Video

Secure video consultations and calls, integrated directly into your platform. The service is encrypted, browser-based and available on desktop computers, tablets and smartphones. Users can join without installing an app or downloading any software.

The module is certified under Annex 31b BMV-Ä for video consultations within the German statutory healthcare system. Your own white-label platform can also be certified accordingly. Video case conferences under Annex 31c are supported as well.

Online booking

Online appointment booking that your clients can use around the clock, with real-time availability and automated reminders. Appointments are booked according to the reason for the visit and the type of service. This ensures that the appropriate duration and professional are selected automatically.

The booking widget can be embedded in your existing website before you operate a complete platform. Confirmations and reminders are sent automatically, helping to reduce missed appointments.

Payments

Integrated payments and invoicing without additional third-party tools. Billing can be handled per session or by the minute. Invoices are issued in your name.

Fees can be collected when the appointment is booked or after it has taken place. Every transaction is documented for your accounting. The same module also handles self-pay services, packages and cancellation fees.

User management

Roles, permissions and profiles for every type of user, from a single practice to an organisation with multiple locations. A private practice, a multi-site medical care centre and a nationwide network all use the same model. Growth therefore does not require a system migration.

Profiles include the qualifications, languages and services used for search and booking. Access rights are defined by role, ensuring that users only see the information intended for them.

Connected devices

Connect medical and IoT devices and transfer their data directly into consultations and patient records. Healthcare professionals can view a measurement while speaking with the patient, and the value is stored automatically instead of being read aloud over the phone.

The devices to be connected are selected for each project. The module is designed as a flexible interface rather than a fixed list of supported devices.

Calendars

Shared calendars and appointment planning across teams, rooms and locations, always synchronised with online booking. Working hours, absences and service-specific appointment schedules are maintained once and applied throughout the platform.

Professionals retain their personal calendar view, while the organisation can see the complete schedule across all locations.

Education

Offer courses, training programmes and certified learning content as live sessions, on-demand recordings or structured programmes with multiple dates.

Participants register and pay through the same booking and payment modules. Attendance and completion are recorded directly on the platform, so no separate event tool is required.

Analytics

Dashboards provide insights into usage, revenue and outcomes. Data can be evaluated by location, team or service and exported into your existing reporting systems.

Appointments, consultations, cancellations and revenue are available in one place, giving you the information required to manage and develop your platform.

Patient records

A GDPR-compliant patient record at the centre of every interaction, operated in Germany and supported by a complete audit trail. It contains documents, findings, consent records and the full history of appointments and consultations. Every access is documented with information about who viewed which data and when.

The REST API connects the record to your existing systems, preventing it from becoming another isolated data source.

Events and webinars

Webinars, live events and group sessions for larger audiences, delivered through the same platform as your individual consultations. Certified sessions can accommodate up to 50 participants, making the module suitable for group therapy, case conferences and training.

Screen sharing, chat and moderation are included. Participants join directly through their browser without installing any software.

Recording and transcription

Record consultations, webinars and training sessions with the participants’ consent. The platform can automatically convert the recording into searchable text for documentation and further use.

Recordings can be made available to participants afterwards. Files and documents shared during a session remain attached to it, ensuring that nothing is lost in email conversations.

API and integrations

Every module is available through a comprehensive REST API. This allows your platform to connect to the systems you already operate.

Practice management systems, hospital information systems and your own applications can read and write appointments, user information and records through the same interface we use ourselves. You can also build on our certified MEDITyme platform instead of operating your own.

For statutory health insurance billing, our EDIFACT interface converts a completed consultation into a billable case. This is already in production with Techniker Krankenkasse.

Messaging

Secure text and voice messaging between professionals and the people they support, directly within the platform. Questions before a consultation and follow-up communication afterwards remain in a single conversation linked to the relevant appointment.

Each organisation can define its own rules for attachments and communication hours.

Expert profiles and directory

Public profiles for professionals and organisations, with search options for specialisation, language and availability. Each profile shows which services can be booked and leads directly into the booking process.

The directory can be open to the public or restricted to members of your own network.

Statutory health insurance billing

Bill eligible video consultations directly to statutory health insurers through EDIFACT. Consultations are collected, coded and submitted from within the platform. One customer already uses this process for billing with Techniker Krankenkasse.

This module is part of the Enterprise tier.

Research and studies

Manage cohorts, control groups and study arms on the same platform used for your consultations. Participants can be enrolled, assigned and followed up using the modules already available within the system. Data can then be exported directly for analysis.

MSB Medical School Berlin and enna.care use the platform for their research projects.

Widgets and SDK

Embed individual functions into your existing website or app, including a booking widget, video room or payment step. Each widget uses the same backend as the complete platform.

You can start with a single component and add further functions later without rebuilding the existing solution. MAMLY used this approach to integrate video consultations into its own app.

Notifications

Send email, SMS and push notifications for appointments, results and reminders in your name, using your wording and schedule.

Rules can be defined for each organisation and service. A practice might send a reminder the day before an appointment, while a webinar provider may contact participants one week in advance.
